RETIRED ARCHBISHOP NKOYOYO DIES

Retired Archbishop Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo has died.
The Church of Uganda archbishop, Stanley Ntagali said the retired Archbishop died today at about 11:40am at Kampala Hospital where he had been admitted.
His body has been taken to the hospital mortuary.
Archbishop Ntagali and other religious leaders are in a closed door meeting.
Dr Nkoyoyo has since December 2016 been undergoing cancer treatment. He returned to the country on June 29, 2017 from the United Kingdom (UK) where he was receiving medical attention for cancer of the throat.
Dr. Nkoyoyo passed away today morning.
