The Kyamuhunga Peoples SACCO general manager Ms. Shallon Nahabwe has today June 07, 2018 returned from her forced leave after the board sat and decided to allow her back as investigations are yet to be completed.
Ms. Nahabwe is accused of abuse of office, mismanagement of funds, poor relationship with customers and mistreatment of staff among other accusation.
Staff members including Joseph Bahame the head of credit /loans had asked to resign beginning May 10, 2018 but the board stopped him and instead placed her boss into forced leave which ended today.
Other staff, who preferred anonymity, also told www.mknewslink.com managing Editor that the manager mistreated them and therefore should learn from experience of a forced and respect their rights.
However Fr. Dido has met with mk newslink.com managing director twice but the answer from mk newslink.com has always been to tell the man of God to put his house in order.
Research also shows that since Fr. Dido took over the leadership from Fr. Felix Tumuhaise 3 years ago, the SACCO’s performance has drastically declined thus worrying the proprietors.
