AMB. KATUNGWE FLIES TO SEND OFF BROTHER CANON. BARYARUHA

The deputy head of mission to Benelux countries and the European Union to Brussels, Amb. Franklin R. Katungwe together with his wife Margrate flew in this week to send off his brother and former minister Lay Can Azaria Baryaruha.
Amb. Katungwe told www.mknewslink.com editor that he failed to attend the burial on Wednesday 21st July 2021 because of flight problems but made it after the burial Thursday and laid wreath.
On Thursday 22nd July 2021 , Amb. Katungwe led by St. Paul COU Kyeitembe choir laid the wreath on the tomb of his late brother.
The Ambassador was also assisted by Kyeitembe cou Rev. Chris Atuhwerire who prayed for eternal rest of Azaria Baryaruha.
Amb. Katugwe hailed emeritus Bishop Yonah Katoneene and the serving Bishop of west Ankole diocese RT Rev. Johnson Twinomujuni for leading service at the burial on Wednesday.
He also hailed friends and the community for contributing towards the burial expenses.
Former Minister Baryaruha was described by many including his son and hair Marvin Baryaruha as a very brilliant man who was one of the first Uganda’s university graduates.
