Rutebuka John, the Buhanda NRM subcounty chairman said that police have failed to protect people and their property, instead have got involved in irregularities citing out corruption and bribery.
Buhanda subcounty leaders and security officials were yesterday meeting the district chairman Robert Mugabe at the subcounty headquarters, concerning the current insecurity in the subcounty.
Mugabe disclosed that since the NRM primaries in Buhanda subcounty held between Severino Isingoma and the incumbent LCIII chairman Graciano Businge, the area has been dominated by a lot of chaos but the police have not done much to calm the situation.
