STOP YOUR SCHOOL FEES CONFUSION —-MITOOMA SPEAKER KAPOTA WARNS MINISTER TAYEBWA
By Wilber Muhwezi Kasibante
The deputy speaker for Mitooma district Greenford Mucungizi alias Kapota has warned the chief whip Thomas Tayebwa to stop confusing parents on the issue related to next term’s school fees.
Kapota said this today afternoon in an exclusive interview with www.mknewslink.com managing editor.
According to the speaker, Thomas Tayebwa the legislator for Ruhinda north during a party in Bitereko Sub County told parents that they do not need to look for fees since the government schools will not charge fees.
However, Kapota openly disagreed with Tayebwa adding that Tayebwa’s idea is unachievable because the government provides limited capitation grant, and little salaries for teachers.
Kapota warned Tayebwa to go slow and stop confusing the public otherwise he will take him to court.
Speaker Kapota is a district councillor for Kanyabyanga Sub County in Mitooma district.
