The outgoing chairman LCV Sheema district Can.David Kabigumira has clarified that he is not coming back in the general elections as an independent candidate after he lost in the NRM primaries.
The incumbent Kabigumira said that he is fine with the results he obtained, adding that he believes that those were God’s plan.
He however boasted of how people have started approaching him to apologise for taking a wrong path asking him to come back but says he is sorry to disappoint them as he is not willing to stand again.
The chairman told www.mknewslink.com reporter that he is sincerely fed up with Sheema politics adding that he was disappointed with un appreciative voters ‘who refused to give him votes having done what they instructed him to do and what they did not.
He said some voters claim that they did not vote for him because he collaborates with the Sheema municipality MP Dr. Elioda Tumwesigye.
“Elioda is the area MP, and am the chairperson LCV, then I would be mad if I do not work with him,” he said.
Kabigumira threatened that some non government organisations are likely to withdraw because the persons they were working with for example him and Dr. Elioda have been knocked out.
