Bishop of West Ankole diocese;Rt.Rev.Johnson Twinomujuni has refuted allegations that he favours one of four people contesting for position of head of laity.

The bishop highlighted some achievements registered in ten months he has spent in office; including paying 80% of one billion shillings debt and construction of the Dean’s house at Bwerenyangi among others.
The synod meeting now in progress at Bweranyangi cathedral is this afternoon scheduled to elect the head of laity from four people who are eying the significant post.
The four contestants for the post of head of laity include; Benon Karyeija, Willis Bashasha, Daudi Bukomooko and Dr.Micheal Kansiime.
