KAJURA FAILS TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR SECOND TIME OVER LAND CASE

The former Minister for public service also Member of Parliament for Hoima municipality, Henry Muganwa Kajura has failed to appear in court for the second time.
Kajura was dragged to Masindi high court on the 25th of May 2018 by Abdu Ssali who is accusing him of failing to vacate the land he allegedly sold to him in 2015 at a fee of 500 million Ugandan shillings.
According to the agreement, the land in Question is measuring 20.23 hectares. It also indicates that it is free hold land volume 459 folio 18 block 9 plot located in Bugahya county Hoima district.
In September this year, meditation which was to be presided over by the Masindi high court registrar Kintu Simon Zirintusa, failed after Kajura and his lawyer failed to show up which was also the case yesterday.
Ziruntusa adjourned the mediation to 21st November 2018.
Speaking to reporters in court premises, Ssali Abdu, said that he is wasting a lot of time and money commuting to Masindi to attend court but is disappointed to see Kajura failing to turn up.
