The retired NRM party administrator for greater Bushenyi Mr. Lawrence Mbeeera is the preferred candidate to win the NRM party General Secretary for Bushenyi district this week Friday.
Mr Mbeera hails from Ruhandagazi cell central division Bushenyi Ishaka municipality. He is highly educated with a bachelor of commerce degree from Makerere university.
In an interview with www.mknewslink.com MD in Bushenyi town today afternoon May 20, 2025, he noted that he is a suitable candidate for the position of Bushenyi district NRM Party general secretary because he has wider experience in the party management and leadership.
“I was the NRM party administrator for greater Bushenyi and during my time I propelled the party to greater heights” Mr Mbeera revealed.
He noted that he spearheaded mobilization of the party in greater Bushenyi and added that he is the right candidate for the position of general secretary NRM Bushenyi district.
He said that after the split of Greater Bushenyi in 2010, he administered NRM party activities for the Bushenyi district that remained for some years.
“Am an expert on NRM party matters in western Uganda and beyond. Am consulted by many NRM leaders and administrators in the region” he emphasized
